What WashBay Pro Collects
When a wash bay uses WashBay Pro, the system may record your name, phone number, email address if provided, vehicle plate, vehicle type, selected services, payment status, visit history, loyalty progress, feedback, and support messages linked to your wash visit.
How Your Information Is Used
- To send wash completion messages, receipts, feedback links, and customer support replies.
- To show your service history, rewards, discounts, and offers from the specific wash bay you visited.
- To help the wash bay improve staff performance, job timing, service quality, and customer care.
- To prevent misuse of feedback links, rewards, discount codes, and customer history access.
Protected Customer Areas
Personal areas such as wash history, receipts, loyalty details, and account data are protected by a one-time verification code sent to your phone or email. Feedback links can only open the visit connected to that secure token.
Who Can See Your Data
The wash bay owner and authorized staff can see customer and job information needed to serve you. WashBay Pro support may access limited records only when needed to troubleshoot, secure, or improve the platform.
Location on your device
If you allow it, WashBay uses your current location only to rank the closest wash bays around you. We ask first. You can refuse and still search by area name. Location is not used as a public pin of your home, and it is not sold.
Promotions and Rewards
Wash bays may create special offers and automatic rewards. These are shown only when they apply to the bay, service, customer visit, or promotion rules connected to your account.
Data Retention
Visit records are kept so owners can provide receipts, resolve disputes, manage loyalty rewards, and understand business performance. A wash bay may request data cleanup where legally and operationally appropriate.
Your Choices
You can ask the wash bay to correct your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, or customer record. You can also ask for help if a feedback link, OTP, reward, or receipt does not look right.
